Holiday Movies on Netflix You Need to Watch

But have you seen A Christmas Prince yet?! There are so many must-watch holiday movies on Netflix!

There’s nothing better than cozying up with a hot drink (or wine!) and watching holiday movies on Netflix. From classics, to cartoons, to cheesy, Netflix has a great selection of holiday flicks to get you in the Christmas spirit.

Here are some of my picks, you can click the movie title to view the trailer.

Arthur Christmas – No, not the aardvark. I think this is one of the most underrated Christmas movies that needs some more attention. I love the clever interpretation of Santa’s family and how all the presents get delivered. Of course, there’s always some obstacles in the way, but Arthur is here to save the day!

Elf – SANTA! I KNOW HIM!!! So many quotable moments from this movie.

Love Actually – If you don’t think this is a Christmas movie, I don’t think I can be your friend. Kidding. Kind of. All the feels with this movie.

How The Grinch Stole Christmas – Even though this isn’t at the top of my list, it is a classic and should be mentioned. Please don’t hate me for saying it’s not my favourite but the Grinch kind of freaks me out. Look at that face.

Four Christmases –  Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn try to avoid their family at Christmas BUT NOT THIS YEAR!

A Christmas Prince – This is the part of this blog post where I suggest you watch the cheesy, Hallmark-like movies that we all love to hate. A Christmas Prince is no exception. Two strangers from different worlds are stuck together on Christmas… what could happen next?! Also, I love when people make up monarchies.

A Holiday Engagement – I feel like I’ll giveaway the plot of this movie if I say anything, so I’ll leave it to your imagination.

Merry Kissmas – Two strangers kiss under the mistletoe… you can probably guess how this one ends but you know you’ll enjoy the journey of watching this masterpiece unfold.

A Dogwalker’s Christmas Tale – I’m judging myself a little bit for making it through this movie, but it’s everything you could want in a low budget holiday movie. And cute dogs, sooooooo…

Christmas Belle – A man with emotional baggage, Haylie Duff, and a small town that is obsessed with Christmas. You know this is gonna be good [bad].

Naughty or Nice – Another movie where Haylie is carrying it, haha. This is your typical small town girl meets bight city guy.

And when I’m done with holiday movie on Netflix, I YouTube Hallmark Channel movies! Because those are GOLD. Why not turn on some of these movies while you decorate your home for the holidays?

Are there any that I missed on this list? Comment them below 🙂

I LOVE Arthur Christmas but it’s not on Netflix in the US. Sad face.

Haylie Duff is a Christmas movie star! My faves are Eloise (haha I know how you feel about that one), Rudolph, Frosty the Snowman, the Grinch, and of course Home Alone 1&2

I actually laughed out loud at your Eloise comment; you know me well. The OG Frosty is the best!! Thanks for commenting, Vanessa 🙂
